At Nova Gym Box, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and personalised fitness solutions. Please review the information below regarding shipping, cancellations, returns, and digital content.
Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or supply issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

Return Shipping Costs

Due to the size and weight of Nova Gym Box products, return shipping costs may be significant.
Condition of Returned Goods

In a condition suitable for resale
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, if goods are returned in a condition that reduces their resale value (for example, signs of use, wear, or damaged packaging), we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the reduction in value, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Personalised Digital Content (Workout & Nutrition Plans)
Nova Gym Box includes personalised digital workout and nutrition plans.
By completing your purchase and accessing your personalised plan, you:

Request immediate access to digital content; and

Acknowledge that once delivery of your personalised digital plan has begun, you lose your 14-day right to cancel in relation to that digital content.
If you cancel your order after your personalised digital plan has been delivered, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the digital content from any refund issued.
The value of the personalised digital workout and nutrition plan is £39, which may be deducted where access has been granted.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:

Where goods are confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence they have been returned).
